During the first 12 months, for the Startup Business package, we will offer a further 4 hours of free support, and 10 hours in the case of the E-commerce package, driven by your needs. The timing of this is flexible, but we suggest that hourly chunks are more effective than one or two larger sessions. This can be done via phone/Skype/IRC/MSN or in person if you live in the Bristol area of the United Kingdom.
