How do I pay for your services & when is my website ready? |

| This is a two stage process. First, there is an initial staged payment, which covers the actual cost of domain name registration, webhosting, secure web access (ie https access) to your site, and payment for the setup time it takes us to do this for you. The actual cost of this payment depends on whether or not you want the basic hosting, business or full e-commerce website.

| If you want extra services (such as shopping carts, many email addresses, multimedia-based websites or mailing lists for example), we will charge those as separate bolt-ons (see below for examples).

- for the Basic package, we can get your website up & running within 48 hours, and then you choose between over 100 basic designs ("templates") which we will then tweak according to your needs. Once you have a basic look and feel for your site, we will then proceed to create the 4 pages of Content related to your business. Once this is done and you are satisfied with the result, you pay the remaining staged payment. This to-and-froing process can take anything between 1 & 14 days maximum.
- For the Business package, your website can be up and running in a similar tims-span as above, but there are a greater number of templates to choose from, and we offer customization of the final design for a period of up to 30 days after the final design has been chosen, at which point you pay the second stage payment
- for the E-commerce package, the whole process is more detailed, and at first, it can seem almost the wrong way around. Intially, we will, through the use of questionnaires, phone or email, work closely with you (for a total of up to 5 hours) to determine the exact nature of your business: its unique selling points, competitors, and other factors, to work on the production of a large keyword list. We will use this to help you produce your first 2000 words of content (spread over a number of pages), and once this process is complete we will register an optimized domain name suited to your website's main theme. At this point (which will typically take up 30 days), you will then pay us the remaining staged payment.

Example: Full e-commerce package
(Total cost: £720 for year 1, £360/year thereafter)
Year one
- Initial stage 1 payment: £200 (covers cost of domain registration, annual hosting fee, keyword analysis software and marketing toolkits)
- Remaining stage 2 payment: £520
- Payable as a single £520 lump sum or
- a £260 lump sum, followed by 10 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF £26 . (ie £26/month for 10 months successive months).
Year two & thereafter: £360/yr
- We send you an invoice in the middle of the 11th month to remind you to either pay a single lump sum of £360 or to reduce your standing order payments to £30/month once the 12 month starts.
